English Language Learning (ELL) for the Hospitality Industry

Classes will be designed not just for your industry, but specifically for your company! Classes will be divided by level; Basic Workplace English for your employees who need to improve their communication skills at a general level and Professional English in Hospitality for your higher-level English speakers.

Basic Workplace English Intensive Course: In this intensive course, employees will gain new vocabulary, be able to conduct conversations including asking and answering questions related to their work, while improving pronunciation, grammar, reading and writing in English. These skills will be presented and practiced in context to their job industry, including food service, housekeeping and environmental services positions, and more.

 

Professional English in Hospitality: This intensive course is designed for employees in the hospitality industry who speak English, but are looking to perfect it in their highly visible roles. Positions such as front desk reception and concierge are often the first point of contact, and having professional and fluid English is essential. This course will prepare your staff to communicate effectively with English-speakers from around the world by improving pronunciation, increasing hospitality vocabulary as well as teaching multiple ways to express similar ideas.

 

English with a specific purpose: If your company can benefit from English lessons with a different, specific focus, EFA will design a course just for you.
